More than products.A commitmentto our people.
Palestinu began with a simple, urgent question: how do you choose consciously — certain that what you buy will never support those who profit from injustice? The answer wasn’t an app or a certificate. It was something people could hold: a mark, a product, a fragment of home that could be touched, tasted, and kept.
The name travels the way Palestinian identity does — reshaped by language, never diminished by it. Its mark is the Palestinian sunbird: small, swift, first recorded in Palestine in 1868. It survives in harsh, dry land, yet lives on nectar — a quiet lesson in resilience, carried on wings.
Chocolate came first — not as a reminder of hardship, but as an invitation to patience, endurance, and continuity. Every bar is designed by Palestinian hands, from Gaza.
